Instructions:
Scarf:
Cast on 37 S and knt. in fake brioche without ES. At a height of approx. 170 cm, co. the S, knt. in the pattern. Tip: do not co. the S too loosely so that the scarf does not "slip" at the end. As desired, attach each approx. 9th fringe bundle to the scarf ends. To do so, fold 5 threads of approx. 40 cm in half for each fringe bundle an attach.
Hat:
Cast on 53 S, start with 1 BR and knt. 20 cm (= 37 R) in the fake brioche pattern without ES. In the following RSR, after the 1st S, knt. tog. every 2 S ri. (= 27 S). In the following BR, knt. all S le. Then again after the 1st. S, knt. tog. every 2 S ri. (= 14 S). Pull the remaining 14 S together with the working thread. Close the back seam as flat as possible. To do so, place the side edges against each other with the fronts facing upwards and alternately pierce right and left between the ES (= the 1st and last S of each R) so that the front half of the ES of the right and left side edges appear together as 1 ri S. This makes the seam almost invisible.
